User & Project Context
The project started with analyzing the goals of a child correctional center and understanding the needs of its target audience – primarily parents, guardians, and partners seeking support and information.
Based on the client-provided structure, the focus was on creating a clear, trustworthy, and easy-to-navigate experience that communicates credibility and encourages users to take action.
